- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support evolving business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of data engineering best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align data strategies with organizational goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data processing workflows to increase efficiency and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and data quality assurance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and implement effective solutions.
- Understanding of data storage systems and database management.
