Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional applications, and ensuring that these solutions align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the applications to support evolving business demands will be part of your routine activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document application designs, configurations, and updates to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in application development tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports to visualize complex data effectively.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and data source connectivity within Tableau.
- Ability to optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data preparation and transformation to support accurate reporting.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau applications and data visualization.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Tableau.
- This position is based at our CDC5A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
