Job Description
Looking for Part-Time / Full-Time / Freelance Front-End Developer cum Trainer (React.js + Node.js) at ExcelPTP Solutions, Ahmedabad.
We are looking for a passionate Front-End Developer who can mentor freshers while working on live projects. Candidates should be able to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per day for practical training at our Ahmedabad office.
- Availability: Minimum 2 Hours to Working Day (Flexible Timing).
- Experience: Minimum 12 Months as a React.js / Front-End Developer.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Train freshers in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and basic Node.js concepts.
- Guide students through practical assignments and live project development.
- Develop responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build and integrate REST APIs using Node.js (basic knowledge required).
- Explain modern front-end development concepts, debugging techniques, and best coding practices.
- Assist trainees in project implementation, interviews, and career guidance.
- Keep training content updated with the latest React ecosystem and AI-powered development tools.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in React.js Front-End Development.
- Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Responsive Design.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and modern development workflows.
- Strong logical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and explain technical concepts to freshers.
- Effective use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E., B.Tech, MCA, BCA, M.Sc. (IT/CS), or equivalent qualification.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates interested in a long-term Trainer or Mentor role are highly preferred.
