Lead WordPress Developer & Technical Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible)We’re looking for a reliable and proactive WordPress developer who can act as my right-hand technical assistant. This is not a traditional 9–5 job — but you must be available between 15:00–24:00 Thailand time on most days to support urgent or high-priority tasks.
This role involves handling client requests, fixing bugs, building internal tools, and making smart decisions without waiting for instructions. If you prefer working independently and delivering results without micromanagement, you'll enjoy this role.
Responsibilities- Maintain and support client WordPress websites (plugin updates, fixing errors, testing checkout flows, etc.)
- Optimize website performance (critical CSS, reduce JS bloat, improve PageSpeed Insights scores)
- Make small development changes to custom themes and plugins
- Develop custom WordPress themes based on Figma designs (including Elementor, WPBakery, and other page builders)
- Build mini internal tools (e.g., audit generators, dashboards, forms)
- Join Google Meet or meet.jit.si calls when required
- Provide daily updates via WhatsApp or Notion
- Manage your own time and solve problems independently

- You don’t send problems — you send solutions
- You respect deadlines without excuses
- You speak English well and can understand client emails independently
- You can estimate time accurately and deliver based on those estimates
- If there’s no assigned task, you proactively:
- Improve internal systems
- Fix bugs
- Build tools
- Suggest optimizations
No babysitting — initiative is key.
Compensation💰 Base Salary: TBD
Additional bonuses for:

Example:
If a client pays for a tool and you build it in two days without needing support, you’ll receive a performance bonus.
