About The Role
NuLook is seeking a passionate Flutter engineer who is eager to be a foundational contributor to a brand-new product from the ground up. This role is ideal for a developer who is excited about building a product from zero to one, taking complete ownership of the development lifecycle. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling a mobile application that will serve as the core user interface for our innovative AI-driven platform. This is not a typical feature-based role; instead, you will be involved in shaping the entire product, making critical decisions, and seeing your work directly impact users. Qualifications
Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong emphasis on Flutter and Dart. A solid understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Obj-C) development is essential, along with experience in integrating REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, and third-party services. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, as well as deployment processes for the Play Store and App Store, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing scalable, high-performance mobile applications and a keen interest in building innovative products from scratch. Knowledge of modern architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, or MVC is a plus, along with experience in native integrations and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling Flutter applications from scratch, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience across both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into functional features. Your role includes integrating APIs, third-party services, and plugins to enhance app capabilities, as well as optimizing app performance for various devices. Debugging, troubleshooting, and refining features to ensure production readiness will be a continuous part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to defining technical standards and best practices, participate in code reviews, and help establish a robust development pipeline.
