Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of application features with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP HCM and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance.
