Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents and service requests.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within integrated business planning environments.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of changes.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration with software solutions.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
