Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
- Continuously monitor system health and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Experience in analyzing system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of failures.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interactions within business-critical environments.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and tools to track and resolve issues efficiently.
