- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve data-related challenges to improve overall system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Teradata BI, IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and data integration techniques.
- Experience in designing and optimizing extract, transform, and load processes.
- Ability to ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and testing.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Teradata BI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
