Summary:
As a Data Engineer, your typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. You will be responsible for creating efficient data pipelines that facilitate smooth data flow and ensure high data quality. Your role includes implementing extract, transform, and load processes to migrate and deploy data seamlessly across various systems. You will work closely with different teams to optimize data handling and contribute to the overall data infrastructure, ensuring that data is accessible, reliable, and well-organized for business needs.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve data-related challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align data engineering activities with organizational goals and project timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Strong expertise in building and optimizing scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Experience with data integration, transformation, and migration techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data processing issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
