- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications within the broader technology ecosystem.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx.
- Strong experience in designing and developing data workflows and automation processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance for enhanced efficiency.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and handling complex data transformations.
- Experience in collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Capability to document application designs and maintain clear technical documentation.
