Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development (Java)
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
- Implement microservices architecture using Spring Cloud.
- Develop scalable backend services with Java 8/11/17+.
- Implement authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT).
- Work with database design and optimization.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal services.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.

Frontend Development (React.js)
- Build responsive web applications using React.
- Develop reusable UI components and front-end libraries.
- Manage application state using Redux or React Context.
- Integrate frontend with backend REST APIs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement UI/UX designs using modern CSS frameworks.

Database & Data Management
- Work with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle Database.
- Experience with ORM tools such as Hibernate or Spring Data JPA.
- Write optimized SQL queries and manage schema migrations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Solid knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of database design and SQL
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
