Senior Software Engineers are hands‑on technical leaders who both build and mentor. You’ll spend a majority of your time designing and coding high‑impact features, while also guiding engineering best practices and helping the team make sound architectural decisions. Your work spans the full SDLC—from whiteboard sketches to production roll‑outs—and you’ll collaborate closely with product, design, security, and SRE to keep our systems fast, reliable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Implement scalable services, APIs, and data pipelines that meet strict latency, reliability, and security targets.
• Own quality by writing comprehensive tests, conducting thorough code reviews, and driving automation in CI/CD.
• Lead technical discussions and design reviews, offering well‑reasoned trade‑offs and mentoring peers on patterns and anti‑patterns.
• Debug & optimize production issues across the stack, from network to kernel to application logic.
• Document & communicate architectural decisions and maintain clear technical roadmaps to align stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years professional software‑development experience building and operating production systems.
• Hands-on experience building production systems in Python is mandatory
• Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS is required.
• Candidates must also demonstrate strong CS fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and concurrency.
• Demonstrated success shipping features end‑to‑end and improving existing systems’ performance, cost, and observability.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading project scopes that span multiple services or teams, including incident response and post‑mortem culture.
• Deep knowledge of cloud‑native architectures (Docker/Kubernetes, service meshes, event streaming) and large‑scale data stores (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with identity, auth N/auth Z, or other security‑sensitive domains.
• Contributions to open‑source projects or published technical blogs / talks.
• MS/PhD in a related field or equivalent experience.
