Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Java Full Stack Developer Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java technologies, modern front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can define architectural standards, mentor development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java and modern web technologies.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Review application architecture and code to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Mentor and guide development teams on technical design, implementation, and problem-solving.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and enterprise systems.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
- Drive cloud adoption and DevOps automation using CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in technology evaluations and recommend appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide architectural solutions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Java application development.
- 3+ years of experience in solution or application architecture.
- Strong expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and event-driven applications.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with API Gateway, OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, and SSO.
- Expertise with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, domain-driven design, and clean architecture.
- Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with container orchestration and cloud-native application development.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates).
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger and API management platforms.
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Java are a plus.
- Experience in banking, financial services, healthcare, retail, or enterprise SaaS environments is preferred.
