Eligibility Criteria
- 0 to 3 years of Experience are eligible to come
- Looking for Diploma or B.E Mechanical for this role
- Fresher are welcome
- Should have the basic sales and marketing, distribution knowledge.
- Should have the attitude to handle customers.
- Ability to understand basic financial working on pricing, discounting and schemes.
- Excellent analytical skills to decipher logical conclusions from the available data like Sales Trends, Competition, Pricing etc
- Two wheeler is mandate
Role & Responsibilities
- To Grow Industrial / B2B business in the assigned territory for Drills, Files and Hand tools & Power tools
- Direct along with Product Manager communicate to dealers on policy, marketing initiatives
- Direct along with Product Manager handle dealer and end customer complaint management
- Secondary sales from targeted CT customers
- Product trial at 15 locations every month
