Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within multi-component systems.
- Ability to work with databases, web services, and application programming interfaces to support integrated business applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes to maintain code quality and deployment efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze system logs and error reports to identify root causes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
