- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-driven applications that utilize Large Language Models.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies relevant to AI and language models.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in developing and integrating APIs for AI applications.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to optimize AI models and applications for performance and scalability.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in AI systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
