Job Description
- Optimize eCPM via Ad Mediation Platforms
- (Ad Mediation is a monetization solution that helps manage and optimize revenue from multiple ad networks within a single app.)
- Work with Ad Mediation platforms such as MAX Mediation, ironSource Mediation, AdMob Mediation, etc.
- Analyze app performance and build Waterfall setups with ad network IDs that offer high eCPM and significant impressions.
- Analyze Ad Mediation data, run A/B tests, and iterate waterfall structures to improve overall eCPM.
- Optimize In-App Ad Monetization Flows
- Evaluate the effectiveness of ad monetization scenarios in collaboration with the product team.
- Brainstorm and implement monetization flow ideas together with Business Analysts.
- Ensure a balance between revenue and user experience quality.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team
- Assess user monetization performance across different ad networks.
- Identify high-value user segments and contribute to strategies to push the app toward global top charts.
- Work with Ad Network Partners
- Collaborate with partners such as Google, AdMob, Facebook, Unity, ironSource, AppLovin, etc. to implement optimization strategies tailored to each network.
- Continuously test and adopt new features and markets from ad networks.
- Troubleshoot issues such as ad delivery failures or violations of ad policy.
Candidate Requirements
- For candidates with no experience:
- Preference given to those with background in App/Game Publishing.
- For experienced candidates:
- Minimum 6 months in a similar role.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager Platform is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, App Script, or App Engine is a plus.
