Role Purpose
The role will support by transforming learning processes into meaningful data insights. The incumbent will build dashboards, enable data-backed decision-making, and ensure process consistency through strong coordination with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
-Managed end-to-end data analysis processes, including data extraction, cleaning, validation, transformation, and reporting using Python.
-Performed exploratory data analysis (EDA), trend analysis, and forecasting to identify key business insights and support strategic decision-making.
-Developed and automated interactive dashboards, KPI reports, and visualizations using Python, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel for stakeholder and leadership reporting.
-Analyzed large datasets to uncover patterns, measure performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for process and business improvements.
1. Process Mapping & Data Translation
-Understand learning processes end-to-end and translate them into structured data points, metrics, and reports.
-Ensure accurate alignment between process design, data capture, and reporting requirements.
-Strengthen governance by standardizing data definitions, metrics, and reporting formats.
-Support audit readiness by ensuring uniform understanding and adherence to defined processes.
2.Automation & Technology Enablement
-Coordinate with stakeholders on implementation of simple automation or technology enhancements.
-Support ongoing technology and system initiatives within the learning function.
3.Stakeholder Coordination
-Act as a key coordination link with Business Learning Teams and internal stakeholders.
-Drive timely data inputs, nominations, and reporting requirements through structured follow-ups.
-Ensure smooth information flow and alignment across teams for learning programs and interventions.
Key Skills & Capabilities
-Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, data models).
-Solid understanding of data analytics in a business or learning ecosystem.
-Ability to understand processes quickly and convert them into measurable data and insights.
-High attention to detail, data accuracy, and governance.
-Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented gig environment.
-Good knowledge of Data analysis + Python
