About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Web Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable web applications and robust email infrastructure. This role goes beyond writing code — we're looking for someone who can understand product requirements, translate them into solid technical solutions, and execute them effectively through the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
You’ll work with a modern tech stack spanning frontend, backend, DevOps, and high-volume email systems, with a strong focus on problem-solving, scalability, and system optimization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in web development and system architecture, with experience in modern frameworks and cloud technologies. A proven track record of managing high-volume email systems and implementing scalable backend solutions is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach are vital for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP, Wordpress, Laravel, and CodeIgniter frameworks.
Work with MySQL and MongoDB, ensuring efficient database design, querying, and optimization to support application performance and scalability.
Architect, configure, and manage high-volume email delivery systems utilizing SMTP servers, AWS SES, PowerMTA, Postfix, and SendGrid, ensuring reliable and secure email communication.
Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker, Docker Compose, and optionally Kubernetes to streamline deployment and scalability.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines employing tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD to automate testing, deployment, and integration processes.
Optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of web applications and backend services through continuous monitoring and system tuning.
Follow coding standards, perform thorough code reviews, and write clean, modular, and maintainable codebases.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across design, product management, and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.
Contribute to process improvements, stay current with emerging technologies, and participate in ongoing learning initiatives to enhance technical capabilities.
