About The Role

We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team at Trovex.ai. As a key early hire in our mobile engineering division, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling our mobile application. Your work will directly impact thousands of sales professionals who rely on our platform for training and skill development. Collaborating closely with founders, product managers, designers, AI engineers, and backend developers, you will help craft a seamless, intuitive, and engaging mobile experience.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2–5 years of experience in Flutter development
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework
• Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade mobile applications for Android and iOS
• Understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and API integration techniques
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party SDKs
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment

• Experience developing SaaS, learning, productivity, or B2B applications
• Familiarity with Firebase services and real-time communication tools
• Knowledge of push notifications, analytics, and app store deployment processes
• Understanding of AI-powered or conversational interfaces

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into functional features
• Implement seamless integrations with APIs, authentication systems, notifications, and media capabilities
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and scalability to ensure a smooth user experience
• Participate in product discussions, feature planning, and contribute ideas for innovative solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to best practices
• Conduct thorough testing, quality assurance, and debugging to ensure app stability and reliability
• Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including versioning and compliance
• Monitor app performance post-deployment and implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics
