Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Full Stack Developer with 8–10 years of hands-on expertise in building scalable, high‑performance web applications using
React.js, The ideal candidate will be strong in both frontend and backend development, possess excellent problem‑solving abilities, and be capable of delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Exposure to
Azure cloud services is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern, responsive UI applications using React.js, Hooks, and Redux/Redux Toolkit.
- Design and implement application architecture, reusable components, and scalable modules.
- Collaborate with UX designers and backend/DevOps teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
- Optimize performance of both frontend and backend for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, API documentation, and development standards.
- Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend
- Strong expertise in React.js, Functional Components, Hooks.
- Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit for state management.
- Solid understanding of component design patterns and reusable architecture.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and responsive UI development.
- Familiar with React performance optimization techniques and best practices.
Backend
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Web API (RESTful services).
- Experience working with .NET 6/7/8.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and API security (JWT/OAuth).
- Experience with SQL Server and ORMs such as Entity Framework Core.
General Technical Skills
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance profiling skills.
- Strong experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
