WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Build and maintain production-grade AI systems and agent workflows
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines and retrieval systems
• Develop APIs and backend services for AI applications
• Work with large language models and prompt engineering techniques
• Build evaluation and testing pipelines for AI outputs
• Collaborate with backend engineers and founders to ship AI-powered features
• Research, experiment, and rapidly iterate on new AI capabilities

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Strong Python experience
• PostgreSQL, Redis, and FastAPI
• LangChain and LangGraph
• Vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
• Prompt engineering and multi-agent architectures
• Experience working with LLM APIs
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Decent understanding of stock markets and trading systems
• MCP Servers

BONUS SKILLS
• WebSockets and real-time streaming systems
• Promptfoo or similar LLM evaluation frameworks
• Fine-tuning, evaluation, and observability of LLM applications
