- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting within cloud-based environments.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex system issues and identify root causes.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and incident response.
- Ability to work with log analysis tools and performance monitoring solutions to maintain system health.
