About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer specializing in React and Next.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance frontend applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of web fundamentals, and a passion for writing clean, efficient code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and backend developers, to create seamless, user-centric digital solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing best practices in accessibility, performance optimization, and code quality. They will also have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, contribute to innovative projects, and stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies and trends.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React and its ecosystem, with a comprehensive understanding of component architecture and frontend best practices. Hands-on experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), incremental static regeneration (ISR), routing, and API integrations, is essential. A solid grasp of web fundamentals such as networking, caching, rendering, and performance optimization is required. Proficiency in TypeScript and modern state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or similar tools is necessary, with the ability to select the right approach based on project needs.
Experience in writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests is highly valued. Familiarity with Material UI or similar component libraries and design systems will be advantageous. Knowledge of gRPC and gRPC-Web integrations will be considered a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and support junior developers are essential for success in this role.
