- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of web applications ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align web development efforts with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with web frameworks and libraries to build scalable applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of database management and integration with web applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
