Role Overview
Associate - Programmes will be responsible for on-ground implementation, coordination, monitoring, and supervision to ensure quality focused, impactful delivery of social development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation & Monitoring
●Travel for execution of projects, on-ground assessments, partner meetings, audits, stakeholder engagements etc.
● Supervise day-to-day implementation of projects across all assigned geographies.
● Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to work plans, timelines, and project specifications.
● Ensure safety compliance and environmental standards at all sites.
●Maintain detailed site records including work progress photos, attendance, material movements, and checklists.
Stakeholder Coordination
● Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, vendors, and local authorities.
● Participate in meetings with government officers and community representatives.
● Maintain strong, transparent communication and ensure timely reporting, updates, and reviews.
Reporting & Documentation
● Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with data, photos and field observations.
● Maintain documentation related to quality checks and compliance.
● Support baseline and endline data collection, audits, and impact assessments.
Quality Assurance
● Verify work as per project requirements
● Identify and escalate any deviations, risks, or delays to the Project Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● A graduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Education, Rural Development, or related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in on-ground programme implementation within CSR, NGOs, or government projects.
● Strong reporting and verbal communication skills.
● Field coordination and community engagement.
● Adaptability in dynamic, field - based environment.
● Willingness to travel across project locations.
