Hiring: Coding Instructor (Remote | Full-Time)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Are you passionate about teaching coding to children and making learning engaging and enjoyable? Join our team as a Coding Instructor and inspire young learners through interactive online classes.
Compensation (Please apply only if comfortable with this budget)
• ₹15,000/month during probation (first 3 months)
• ₹20,000/month after successful completion of probation
OR
• ₹400 per regular session
• ₹250 per trial session
Whichever is higher.
Work Schedule
• 6 working days per week
• 1 weekly off
• Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (IST)
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging and interactive live coding classes for children
• Simplify coding concepts and make learning enjoyable
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking among learners
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching coding online
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Immediate availability to join
• Strong knowledge of:
• Python
• Roblox
• HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Scratch
• MIT App Inventor
• Code.org
Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Prior experience teaching international students remotely
