About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer specializing in UI development to join our dynamic team at Nemetschek Group. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces for our desktop applications utilizing C# and WPF. Your work will be integral to creating intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performance interfaces that enhance user experience across our suite of products. Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, you will play a pivotal role in translating design concepts into functional, user-friendly features. The ideal candidate will have a passion for modern UI/UX practices, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience developing user interfaces with C# and WPF.
• Experience with web UI development is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of UI design principles, MVVM architecture, and modern application development best practices.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable UI code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex UI issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality features on time.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills and familiarity with agile methodologies are advantageous.

• Create, develop, and maintain WPF user interfaces that are visually appealing and intuitive for end-users.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to translate concepts into functional application features that meet user needs.
• Ensure high code quality through thorough reviews, adherence to UI standards, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring consistency across the UI codebase.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI-related issues to optimize usability and application performance.
• Contribute to documentation, unit testing, and continuous process improvements for UI components.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in WPF, .NET, and UI/UX design, proposing enhancements to improve interface quality.
