About The Role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that drive operational excellence and product development. This role combines technical expertise with program management skills, acting as a bridge between engineering, IT, and business teams. The TPM ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
- Drive project commitments and accountability across teams
- Set and track milestones, manage delays, and realign schedules
- Implement communication plans and provide regular updates
- Build strong relationships with business leaders
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects efficiently
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress
- Analyze data trends to guide strategic decisions
- Apply technical acumen in system architecture, API design, and financial systems
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in cross‑functional environments
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM certifications preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Confluence/JIRA
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
