About The Role

We are seeking a talented Software Developer specialized in UI development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces for Allplan’s desktop applications using C#/WPF. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers, to create modern, intuitive, and high-quality user experiences. Your expertise will contribute significantly to enhancing the usability and visual appeal of our software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience developing user interfaces with C#/WPF.
• Experience with Web UI development is preferred.
• Deep understanding of UI design principles, MVVM architecture, and modern application development practices.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable UI code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to independently deliver high-quality features while mentoring junior developers.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages and familiarity with agile methodologies are advantageous.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain visually appealing and intuitive WPF user interfaces for desktop applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to translate concepts into functional features that enhance user engagement.
• Ensure high code quality and maintainability through thorough code reviews and adherence to UI best practices.
• Participate in the review process, providing constructive feedback to ensure UI standards are met.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI issues to optimize usability and application performance.
• Contribute to comprehensive documentation, unit testing, and continuous process improvements for UI components.
• Stay current with WPF, .NET, and UI/UX trends, and propose innovative improvements to interface design and functionality.
