About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Developer to join our dynamic team at LTM. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including component creation, workflow configuration, and system integration. This role involves working closely with UX designers, backend developers, and AI/ML specialists to create intelligent, personalized content solutions that leverage AI-driven technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom AEM components and templates, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. A strong understanding of AEM architecture and hands-on experience with integrations in Microsoft environments will be advantageous. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that shape the future of digital content management and delivery.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in AEM development, with a solid understanding of AEM architecture, including Sites, Assets, Sling, OSGi, and Dispatcher. Proven experience in integrating AI/ML services within the AEM environment is essential. Proficiency in Java, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, JCR, Maven, and Git is required. Candidates should have a good understanding of RESTful APIs and external system integrations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role. Additionally, familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Azure, SharePoint, and Teams, as well as exposure to AI technologies like Azure AI, OpenAI, or TensorFlow, will be considered a plus. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based AEM deployments, and Headless CMS frameworks (preferably React) will enhance your suitability for this position.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet project requirements.
- Integrate AI/ML services such as content personalization, metadata enrichment, and predictive recommendations into the AEM workflow to enhance user engagement and content relevance.
- Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and AI/ML teams to deliver innovative and intelligent content solutions.
- Build scalable, reusable, and efficient components using HTL, Sling Models, and Java.
- Configure and manage AEM Assets, workflows, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) integration to streamline content management processes.
- Optimize AEM performance by implementing caching strategies, indexing, and efficient publishing processes.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and brand consistency across all solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM and AI/ML technology trends and incorporate best practices into development workflows.
