Overview

Role Description

Configure products, offers, pricing, and commercial rules in Aria
Maintain product and account configuration fields
Configure billing events and reason codes
Manage discount rules and promotional structures
Configure coupons, payment terms, dunning processes, rules, etc.
Support access controls, IP whitelisting, and security parameters
Participate in QA, UAT, and go-live validation
Perform configuration impact analysis
Support cross-environment releases and change governance
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Execute configuration validations and support go-live activities
Document configuration changes and maintain audit traceability
Support issue analysis and resolution related to configuration defects
Follow change management and governance processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years experience in BSS or billing platform configuration
Experience with Aria Billing or similar platforms (CSG, Amdocs etc.)
Strong understanding of product catalog and pricing models
Experience supporting QA/UAT cycles
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Prefered Qualifications:

Telecom or subscription billing background
Agile Methodology familiarity
Hands-on experience with Aria configuration
Basic SQL knowledge for validation and data checks
Experience with Jira ticketing system
Exposure to revenue assurance or billing controls
Familiarity with change and release management processes
