About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Frontend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced frontend components for our cloud-native SaaS/PaaS systems. You will work closely with global product and engineering teams across multiple regions to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces. Your expertise will contribute to the architectural discussions and the implementation of scalable design patterns, ensuring that our applications are not only visually appealing but also performant and accessible. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of proven experience as a UI/Frontend Developer, with a strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, such as a B.E./B.Tech. You should have a solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks and tools, along with hands-on experience in building complex web applications. Experience with Vue.js for at least 3-4 years, coupled with strong core JavaScript skills, is essential. Candidates should also have proficiency in HTML and CSS, along with a good grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and frontend best practices. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks, automation scripts, and integrating frontend components with backend microservices will be highly beneficial. Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR) optimization, along with experience working within Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git, is preferred.
Responsibilities
Design and develop sophisticated frontend components for cloud-native SaaS/PaaS systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and performant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers, to translate requirements into high-quality user interfaces. Participate in architectural discussions to define frontend frameworks, design patterns, and best practices that enhance application stability and scalability. Implement responsive and accessible UI features that provide seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers. Deploy new features to production environments with a focus on zero downtime, stability, and quality assurance. Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and automate deployment processes to maintain high standards of code quality. Continuously evaluate emerging frontend technologies and incorporate innovative solutions to improve application performance and user engagement. Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and the overall improvement of frontend development processes within the organization.
