Job Description:
We are looking for a
Software Testing Trainer with hands-on experience in
Automation Testing using Selenium with Java or Python . The candidate should be passionate about teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for real-time industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on Manual and Automation Testing
- Conduct hands-on sessions on Selenium with Java or Python
- Guide students on real-time projects and testing frameworks
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Support students with interview preparation and practical knowledge
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing concepts
- Hands-on experience with Selenium Automation
- Programming knowledge in Java or Python
- Understanding of STLC, SDLC, Test Cases, Defect Life Cycle
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle freshers and entry-level candidates
Eligibility:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong hands-on practice are welcome
- Candidates with 03 years of experience in testing/training can apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Manual Testing , Automation Testing , and Selenium Web Driver
- Create and deliver structured training modules, assignments, and assessments
- Guide students on real-time projects, frameworks, and best practices
- Prepare study materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes
- Assist students with interview preparation: mock interviews, resume support, and QA practice
- Stay updated with industry trends and update course content accordingly
- Ensure high-quality delivery and maintain training effectiveness
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Test Case Design, Bug Life cycle
- Expertise in Selenium Web Driver , TestNG, Java basics (if required), and automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with JIRA / Bugzilla / Postman (optional)
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Candidates with 0 To 3 years of experience in testing/training can apply.(Manual Automation) Minimum 1 To 3 years of experience in Testing Prior training/teaching experience is a plus.
