What You'll Do

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines from SAP S/4HANA into Snowflake.
• Design and optimize data models, transformations, and semantic layers for enterprise analytics.
• Develop reliable ETL/ELT workflows that support business-critical reporting and decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders to convert requirements into production-ready data solutions.
• Support MVP development, UAT, rollout activities, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Build performant Snowflake solutions using best practices for scalability, governance, and optimization.
• Support Power BI reporting environments, datasets, dashboards, and data validation processes.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across India, Germany, Czech Republic, China, and external partners.
• Work within Jira-driven delivery environments and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
• Help drive modernization of enterprise analytics and data-engineering capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on Snowflake expertise including data modeling, transformations, warehouse concepts, and performance optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience building scalable data solutions.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and analytics architecture.
• Experience working with business, finance, operational, or enterprise datasets.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Experience

• SAP S/4HANA or ERP data integration experience.
• Power BI development and reporting experience.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or controlling data exposure.
• Snowflake Cortex, AI/ML workloads, or AI-driven analytics initiatives.
• Experience supporting global enterprise reporting environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems.
