About The Role
We are seeking a talented Software Developer specializing in UI development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces for Allplan’s desktop applications using C#/WPF. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers, to create modern, user-friendly interfaces that meet high-quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to delivering seamless user experiences, ensuring that our software remains innovative and competitive in the industry.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess several years of professional experience in UI development with C#/WPF. A strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles, MVVM architecture, and application best practices is essential. Experience with web UI development is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different platforms. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating clean, maintainable, and scalable UI code, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently, mentor junior developers, and adapt to evolving project requirements is highly valued. Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills and familiarity with agile methodologies are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and maintain WPF user interfaces that are visually appealing and intuitive.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to translate concepts into functional application features.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through thorough code reviews and adherence to UI best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to UI standards and best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI issues to optimize usability and performance.
- Contribute to documentation, unit testing, and continual process improvement for UI components.
- Stay current with WPF, .NET, and UI/UX trends and propose improvements to enhance interface quality.
