About The Role
The Digital Excellence Centre (DEC) at Deloitte India is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join as an Executive/Senior Executive. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing digital products and platforms that prioritize exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include translating design wireframes into high-quality, scalable code, and collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, data scientists, and product managers to implement industry best practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that utilize the latest technologies such as ReactJS, Redux, and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. You will be part of a diverse team of subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, and user experience designers dedicated to building solutions that make a real difference for clients and end-users.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience with ReactJS and a solid understanding of modern front-end development frameworks. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SASS/SCSS, and responsive design principles is essential. Familiarity with React workflows such as Redux or Flux, as well as experience with HTML DOM manipulation, RESTful APIs, and code versioning tools like GIT, is required. Candidates should also have a working knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, MySQL, and API architecture. Experience with DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure will be considered advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is the minimum educational qualification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reusable front-end components and libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Convert design wireframes into fully functional, high-performance web applications.
- Ensure responsiveness and accessibility standards are met, providing seamless user experiences across devices and platforms.
- Optimize application components for maximum speed and scalability on multiple web platforms.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement innovative user interfaces and improve overall user experience.
- Build scalable solutions, troubleshoot design and functionality issues, and implement best practices for front-end development.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
