About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating modern UI/UX designs into high-performance, scalable web applications. Your primary focus will be on building visually appealing, interactive, and responsive user interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience. Collaborating closely with product designers, backend engineers, and architects, you will play a key role in shaping the frontend architecture of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in React and Next.js, excellent problem-solving skills, and a meticulous craftsmanship mindset to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly components.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a combination of technical expertise, practical experience, and a passion for frontend development. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3-6 years of professional experience in React development. Proficiency in modern JavaScript, React, and Next.js is essential. Experience with state management libraries, UI frameworks, and styling tools is also required. Familiarity with design translation, performance optimization, and frontend architecture principles is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components, ensuring consistency across devices and breakpoints.
• Create highly interactive, mobile-first interfaces with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Implement clean, reusable, and modular component architectures to facilitate scalability and ease of maintenance.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability through performance engineering techniques.
• Work effectively with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API to handle complex UI states.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs seamlessly, ensuring data consistency and real-time updates.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high coding standards.
