About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Software Developer with strong expertise in the Golang tech stack and a solid understanding of trading platforms, financial markets, and trading workflows. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems that support high-frequency trading operations and real-time data processing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial technology, contributing to the development of scalable, reliable, and efficient trading applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, analysts, and trading specialists to enhance platform performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go) and backend development.
- Proficiency in designing and building REST APIs, WebSocket services, and microservices architectures.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with containerization tools such as Docker.
- Understanding of trading concepts including stock, forex, and crypto trading, order types, execution processes, and technical analysis tools.
- Knowledge of real-time data processing and low-latency system design is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang to support trading operations.
- Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and real-time data processing systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain critical trading modules such as order management, market data handling, and execution systems.
- Integrate third-party trading APIs, broker APIs, and WebSocket services to facilitate seamless data flow and trading execution.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and trading teams to identify areas for performance improvements and feature enhancements.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and comprehensive technical documentation to maintain code quality standards.
