About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating modern UI/UX designs into high-performance, scalable web applications. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping the front-end architecture of our projects, ensuring that our applications are visually appealing, responsive, and optimized for maximum performance. You will collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and architects to deliver seamless user experiences that meet client expectations and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of React fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and a craftsmanship mindset. Your ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly components will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality and user satisfaction. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a solid background in React development and related technologies. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have proven experience in building scalable and maintainable frontend applications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise. Knowledge of modern React architecture patterns, state management libraries, and UI/UX principles is essential. Familiarity with frontend optimization techniques and responsive design is also required. Additional skills in TypeScript, Webpack, Vite, and backend API integration will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React and Next.js frameworks.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components that adhere to design specifications and branding guidelines.
• Create highly interactive, mobile-first interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Implement clean, reusable, and modular component architectures to facilitate maintainability and scalability.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability by employing best practices in performance engineering.
• Manage application state effectively using libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration and data flow.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high coding standards.
