About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in mobility solutions, hybrid app development, and proficiency in iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications that meet business needs and user expectations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless and engaging mobile experiences. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects utilizing the latest Flutter frameworks and tools, contributing to the growth of our mobile capabilities and enhancing user satisfaction.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart programming. A solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns, state management solutions such as BloC, Provider, GetX, or MobX, and expertise in integrating RESTful APIs and backend services like Firebase are essential. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in converting UI/UX designs from tools like Figma or Adobe XD into pixel-perfect interfaces, along with experience in performance tuning and optimization across diverse devices. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app deployment processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store is required. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment are also critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Flutter Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework for iOS and Android.
• Building new features and enhancing existing functionalities based on evolving business and user requirements.
• Transforming design wireframes from tools like Figma or Adobe XD into responsive, high-quality UI components.
• Integrating mobile applications with backend systems through REST APIs and services such as Firebase.
• Implementing efficient state management solutions like BloC, Provider, GetX, or MobX to ensure app stability and performance.
• Optimizing app performance for speed, responsiveness, and stability across various devices and platforms.
• Identifying bugs, fixing issues, and writing comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality.
• Adhering to clean coding standards, SOLID principles, and creating reusable, scalable code modules.
• Managing version control using Git, collaborating effectively with team members, and participating in code reviews.
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, participating in build and deployment activities, and ensuring smooth app releases.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Managing app deployment and updates on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
