About Job:
- Design and ship full-stack features—from Figma mockup to production
- Build Python APIs, automation scripts, and server-side business logic
- Create clean, pixel-perfect React/TypeScript interfaces
- Model and optimize data in MongoDB
- Deploy and maintain reliable infrastructure on AWS
- Leverage AI tooling (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to ship fast and smart
Role Overview & Compensation:
- Start: ₹90,000/month ($1,000 USD)

Core Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional full-stack development experience.
- Backend (Python): Strong experience with Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or Django). You will build APIs, write automation scripts, integrate third-party services, and develop server-side business logic.
- Frontend (React) & UI/UX: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for state management and API consumption. Must be comfortable navigating Figma and other design software to translate mockups into pixel-perfect user experiences.
- AI-Powered Development: You embrace the future of coding. You actively leverage AI coding assistants and LLMs (Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to write code, debug efficiently, and accelerate your development velocity.
- Database: Hands-on experience designing and optimizing data models in MongoDB.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Working knowledge of AWS, modern DevOps/CI-CD tooling, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and other components required for reliable project delivery.
