At DigiCroz, we are a remote-first product and development team building real-world applications like Apper, FileStore, and TourneyFarm — used by actual users.
Along with our own products, we also work on client projects, giving our team exposure to real industry requirements and production-level development.
This is a flexible remote part-time opportunity designed for consistent contributors who want real experience.
We work with students, beginners, and working professionals who are serious about web development and want to grow by building real systems.

💻 What You’ll Work On
• Build and maintain real-world web applications
• Work with React, Tailwind CSS, and Node.js
• Contribute to both product and client projects
• Collaborate with a remote team of developers and mentors
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and discussions
• Follow industry practices like Git workflows, CI/CD, and clean code
• Improve existing systems used by real users
📌 Requirements
• Basic understanding of React & Tailwind CSS
• Familiarity with JavaScript and modern web development
• Strong willingness to learn and improve
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to understand and explain your own code (no blind copy-paste)
🎯 What You’ll Gain

📝 Application Process

2. Complete a short evaluation task (Research Assignment)
• This checks your understanding of products
• We evaluate how well you can research, analyse, and explain ideas
3. Submit your analysis as instructed
4. Selected candidates will be onboarded as learning members
5. After onboarding, you will proceed with the second task (React Assignment)
• This evaluates your coding skills and practical React knowledge
• Focus is on logic, structure, and real-world implementation approach
