Role Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and plugins using OSGi and Eclipse RCP frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code aligned with industry best practices.
- Apply strong Core Java concepts including OOPs, Design Patterns, Multithreading, Collections, Generics, and Stream API.
- Develop modular and extensible components using OSGi standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural enhancements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4- 8 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java (OOPs, Design Patterns, Stream API, Multithreading, Generics, Collections).
- Solid understanding and experience in OSGi architecture, Eclipse RCP, and plugin development.
- Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control systems (Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
Good To Have
- Experience with SWT/JFace UI components.
- Knowledge of Eclipse IDE internals or extension points.
- Exposure to microservices or modular architectures.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
