- :Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack applications using Java and React

- .Implement state management solutions using React.js and libraries such as Redux
- .Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support application functionality
- .Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, employing ORM frameworks for data management
- .Manage version control using Git and ensure code quality through best practices
- .Participate in the establishment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- .Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team
- .Continuously improve development processes and practices to enhance team productivity
