Roles & Responsibilities
Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, test, and maintain the core product to ensure high performance, stability, and reliability.
Analyze and resolve complex performance issues and architectural challenges to enhance application efficiency.
Design and build efficient, reusable, and testable UI components using modern frontend frameworks.
Actively contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Ensure application quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, UX/UI designers, and backend developers.
Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and continuously improve application performance and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on coding experience in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) concepts, including asynchronous programming, closures, and functional programming.
Good understanding of state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, Pinia, Context API, etc.).
Solid experience in component-based architecture and frontend development lifecycle.
Exposure to Node.js / Express.js or other backend technologies is an added advantage.
Understanding of Headless CMS architectures, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and Static Site Generation (SSG) concepts.
Experience integrating and consuming third-party APIs and web services (e.g., Facebook, Google, Twitter, RESTful APIs).
Familiarity with coding principles, design patterns, and best practices aligned with industry standards.
Proficient with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
