About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic tech team at TIGI HR. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, testing, and maintaining robust web applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to build scalable, efficient, and secure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js and SaaS platforms, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code and a dedication to continuous improvement. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. Specific qualifications include:
- 6+ years of professional experience in Node.js development, with a proven track record in SaaS environments (must-have)
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript (preferred)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
- Experience working within Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies, especially in continuous deployment settings
- Interest and familiarity with web server ecosystems, relational database management systems, TDD, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, and Bamboo
- Knowledge of web frameworks, front-end technologies, and performance optimization techniques
- Working knowledge of server configuration and deployment infrastructure
- Experience with source control systems, bug tracking, writing user stories, and technical documentation
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer at TIGI HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Writing comprehensive tests first to ensure high-quality code and reliable software delivery
- Producing clean, self-explanatory code with predictable and maintainable results
- Implementing frequent, small releases to facilitate rapid development cycles and quick feedback
- Engaging in pair programming sessions to foster knowledge sharing and improve code quality
- Conducting peer reviews of code to identify improvements and uphold coding standards
- Collaborating with product teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and bug fixes efficiently
- Taking full ownership of the development process, including both front-end and back-end components, as well as infrastructure and DevOps pipelines
