About The Role

As a Founding Frontend Engineer at Cignara, you will be instrumental in shaping the user interface and overall user experience of our innovative AI-driven platforms. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering team, where your contributions will directly influence the product's success and user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop highly responsive, accessible, and intuitive interfaces. Your expertise will help optimize the platform’s performance, ensuring seamless usability across various devices and browsers. This full-time, on-site position based in India offers a chance to work at the forefront of AI technology, with the opportunity to grow professionally within a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in core frontend development tools including React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and creating intuitive user interfaces that enhance user engagement.
• Knowledge of modern frontend development practices, such as state management frameworks (e.g., Redux) and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git, along with experience working within collaborative, agile workflows.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with backend developers, designers, and project stakeholders.
• Experience working on highly scalable web platforms or within startup environments is considered a plus.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the platform.
