Pros: Working as an AI Content Developer here, the project work is actually pretty interesting for an online education platform. You get to play around with new AI tools. It's good for building some new skills.
Cons: But there's not much of a clear path for promotions, especially being remote. It's a pretty flat startup structure. You don't really see where you can move up after a while.
Advice to Management: Management should really think about developing clearer career paths for employees, especially those in remote tech roles. More mentorship and internal training could help a lot.
